Description Three documents belonging to the Di Marco family, the first of which is a diary with entries describing trips taken in New York, Louis Di Marco's wage book and a booklet advertising shoes imported from Italy.
Series Description This collection consists of mostly miscellaneous souvenirs/ephemera saved by Theresa Di Marco. Notable is a cover illustration for Jack and Jill Magazine that Theresa designed. Also included is printed material, correspondence, Theresa Di Marco's 8th grade autograph album, school books, and books related to the business and to the Catholic church, a newsletter for the Philadelphia Teacher's Association and a photobook from the Clara Barton School. There is also lots of religious material, including prayer cards, photos, pamphlets and guide books.
Biographical Note / History The Di Marco family ran an Italian-American shoe store in Philadelphia.
