Series Description The collection contains letters to John Curtis and his mother, Bridget, living in Philadelphia, from family members living in Belfast and Mountmellick, Ireland, which describe conditions during the famine in Ireland and discuss family news and plans for emigration. Also included is a copy book and miscellaneous family documents.
