Series Description The Red Star Line Museum Collection consists of ephemera, objects, and items documenting the lives and everyday experiences of it's passengers travelling to America from 1873-1934.
Biographical Note / History Irene Bobelijn was born in 1922, and in 1928 travelled aboard SS Lapland to New York in order to visit her parents. In 1931, Irene and her parents return to Belgium aboard the SS Pennland.
