Description Josephine talks about her parents in Italy and how her father became a carpenter. She explains how her parents married and how her father came to America as a stowaway on board ship. She also talks further about the Second World War, particularly her mother’s visit to Italy just afterwards in 1947, photographs of the family and how the rest of the family arrived in America.
