Description A printed copy of James Costello's literary work, including a poem on the marriage of their Royal Highnesses the Prince and Princess of Wales and a poem entitled 'The Azure-Robed Knight and the Lady of the Isles', which a work on the subject of the Prince of Wales' installation as the Chief Knight of the Illustrious Order of Saint Patrick.
Series Description The collection consists of papers of the Costello(e) family, who came to Philadelphia from Dublin, Ireland, in 1833. It contains correspondence dealing with real estate in Ireland and other business affairs, the American Civil War, Irish politics, and family affairs. Also present are financial and legal papers, a recipe book, and unpublished poetry by James Costello of Tennessee.
