Description Features an oval with an illustration [signed Fionnbharr] with people boarding a ship, carrying suitcases with New York and USA tags attached to them. A large sign readers "Emigration office". Outside of this oval, a caricature of Tim Healy says: "We promised the people a 'drainage scheme', and there it is!". Underneath reads " A vote for the Free State is a Vote for Emigration and Starvation / Vote Republican for Freedom and Prosperity".
